Amazing Grace School
Adom Partnership began with the opening of the Amazing Grace Preparatory School in 1994, providing education, food, and basic health care to the children in the small village of Kodeikrom, Ghana. Serving students from this and other nearby village communities, the school which started with only with a few students in kindergarten has now grown to over 400 students in pre-kindergarten through 9th grade.
The school graduated its first 9th grade class in the Spring of 2005, all of whom applied to the national system of higher education. API is committed to seeing its students through the higher education process by providing scholarships and further mentoring for selected graduates with the aim of developing leaders for Ghana. The school also operates a school bus which is used for local transportation during non-school hours.
